Is chrysin just as effective as nolvadex?

I wouldn't say that, however it has potent anti-estrogenic properties. First choice is novaldex, second chrysin, third Push-up bra.

Honestly I'm not sure. I've been on and off, (mostly on) TEST, for about four years, so I think i have all the gyno I'm ever going to see, which is none. What mg does it come in?

MQ has a bunch of info on Chrysin dosing and cycling. http://www.massquantities.com

Best to take it w/ meals. If you're on heavy gear, I'd try to take 1.5grams/day.

CHRYSIN- if it works for you- works as an aromatase inhibitor- meaning it blocks the conversion of test into estrodiol. Novaldex is potent antiestrogen- it blocks estogen from binding with the receptors- in some receptors it acts as an estrogen in others it works as an ANTI estrogen- mainly breast tissue.

with regards to novaldex you are better off with Clomid.
With regard to Chrysin you are better off with arimidex or cytadren- which are certainly more effective and actually less expensive- since most people need about 2grams of chrysin a day for it to be effective.
if you are going the Chrysin route add quercetin- because it blocks the same cyp19 which is responsible for aromatase production.
