What would be best to take to gain speed? I know winstrol will help but what can I stack with it? I'm also looking for something that doesn't stay in your system for too long because of possible testing. Thanks. IP: Logged |

I would imagine fina would be a benefit. If you are talking about sprinting the same type of musle fibers are used for strength training. Fina is an excellent strength gainer that produces quality weight gain without water retention and clears the system fast. kpumpin IP: Logged |

Try Clenbuterol - gives a great boost to training as well as stimulating fast-twitch fibres anabolism(not much, but it is something). Clears out within 3 days... IP: Logged |

heres something to get faster and its not roids! try stretching out your hip felxors twice a day and do hamstring curls and 300 yd sprints twice a week along with short sprints the other days. see if you use the juice then you will screw up the joints and ligaments. try that firts if not e-me and i'll work out another plan! Any steroid is going to increase speed. A "friend" of mine who reguarly runs the 60 yd. dash for baseball went from a 7.5 to a 6.9 after a 12 week cycle of simply test. 200. You're looking at a difference of about $10,000 right there (so all the doubters can ask themselves, "is it worth it?") There are certain steroids that are better than others for speed. Winstrol certainly is one of them. If you are worried about tests, see if you can somehow find the Winstrol tabs. If testing is a serious concern, your only choice is to go with HGH.

lots of plyometrics and sprint mechanics...high knees boxes stride outs etc...what the guy said earlier, vollume one day sprint mechanics and plyo the next :-) IP: Logged |
