Anyone tried DNP? Does it burn muscle along with the fat? I guy I know lost 15 pounds in 14 days. He said he would wake up in the middle of the night sweating balls though. Anyone done it? How ripped did you guys get? What doses (200mg, 400mg, etc.)? Thanks. IP: Logged |

dnp??? did it. wont ever touch the stuff again. it works but it is not worth it. it causes cancer and all sorts of things. you know what it is right??? dinitrophenol 2,4 a main ingredient in tnt, pesticides, and fence post preservatives. i have enzyme damage in my heart from it dosing it at 200mg, and yes, read up, it mutates muscle fibers, there are longer ways to lose fat with less effective drugs but i wish i never did dnp, if you want to try it, you will see...the shit just FEELS poison, it leaks out of your pours and you stink like vinagar. also if you overdose even a little you will elevate temperaters and cause minor brain damage. theres my oppinion.

DNP is the bomb The problem with DNP is not that it is itself a mutagen. but that by inhibiting oxidative phosphoralation it causes you metabolism to increase markedly and for you to burn lots of fat which increases the free radical load on your body. This can be counteracted with a proper Anti- Oxident regimen including 600mgs alpha lipoic 4-6 grams of C ( take that much anyway) 1500 mgs magnesium vitamin e 1200ius etc. there are quite a few more that you could add but these are the basics I also take 400mgs grapeseed extr. flax oil spirulina- high carotene content 160 mgs biliberry- to protect the eyes though this really is not necessary because the only cases of cataracts were in women. and that barely deviated from the normal population- thus may be statistically insignificant. But I go with better safe than sorry. BTW- ASPIRIN, VITAMIN C, and many other commonly ingested substances are mutagenic based upon the test used. ------------------ IP: Logged |
