Hello, I started a new job yesterday which requires me to wake up at 5am. This throws my sleep clock out of whack. I can not sleep. I feel like a zombie and I am losing my gains. Do you guys know of anything that will knock me out? Hell, I took 6 Nytols and still did not sleep. Thanks IP: Logged |

Learn some patience ! Your body will adjust. Lay off the sleep aides...this is why you feel like a zombie. ------------------ BPP IP: Logged |

trying throwing in some cardio in the morning. wake up earlier and go for a run. that alway's make me want to sleep earlier than normal. maybe spank it twice before you go to bed. I have never tried that. ------------------ IP: Logged |

The body will adjust, but for awhile you can try "GHB" if you can get your hands on it. be safe B IP: Logged |

i just read an article on sleep habits, it stated that it takes your body 28 days to adjust to a schedule change. It stated that you may feel like you are adjusted after 2 weeks but that is not the case...just for info...give it a month then let me know...old habits are hards to break..levi.. IP: Logged |

Go to the doctor tell him you can't sleep get a scrip for L-Tryptophan, or the brand name Tryptan, tell him your friend is using it and you need it, tell him you need it for sleep. Plus it increases your natural growth hormone secretions IF YOU TAKE IT IN THE ABSCENCE OF ANY OTHER PROTEIN!!! Well not really just as long as it's not with any other LARGE NEUTRAL amino acid!! SO don't eat anything for 2-3 hours before you take it, pop 5g in pills, sleep like a baby, and grow like a freak Oh you'd better have script insurance otherwise you're gonna pay like a fucker. And why not get to sleep earlier to make sure you get your 8 at least E2 IP: Logged |
