Im new to Body building. Im 6'1 and about 160lbs. Im really skinny too. Im looking to get a hold of something (legel or illegal) that will build me up like a viking. Ive been doing research and i really dont wanna mess with stuff like creatine thats going to require alot and cost me. oh yeah and ive got a crazy metabolism so eating alot isnt helping me...i never gain an ounce. I just wanna get huge in as little amount of time. so if some one could help me out i would appreciate it so much. thanks IP: Logged |

To be honest, if you can't afford creatine you probably can't afford a stack that will negate your high metabolism either. But most people use a high metabolism as an excuse for not eating enough. Unless you have no body fat whatsoever, then there is a way to eat enough to gain. I mean, try eating 4-7 thousand calories on a daily basis for a month and see the gains you make. If your gains simply aren't showing up then try eating more. If you are completely new to weight lifting, I would not try steroids at all. Build a solid foundation of muscle naturally first. Being a "hardgainer" is no excuse for not eating enough. And to be honest, I personally only know of one person that I would consider and "easygainer". So eat up, work out and track your results closely. IP: Logged |

#1 - listen to scourge! #2 - I hate to hear myself say it, but try a weight gainer. Pro Performance GNC brand is quality and cheap. #3 - a good MRP (Meal Replacement Powder) I like Meso-Tech by MuscleTech. Find one you feel good about. #4 - forget roids till you do 1,2,&3 for about a year. Good Luck IP: Logged |

ANYONE WHO THINKS PRO PERFORMANCE IS A QUALITY PRODUCT, either works as GNC or reads to much muscle and fitness + has had all the taste buds seared out of their mouth. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I believe that you should at least try to reach your natural potential before resorting to AS. but I also beleive that using "QUALITY" supplements is important regardless of which route you take. I personally dislike muscletech as well- many do not know that EVEN GNC pulled their acetabolan a couple of years ago because it was ridiculously below label claim. I personally think that next nutrition and Champion are solid companies- I have problems with any company associated with the weider name including but not limited to pinnacle, victory and american bodybuilding. I used to order from mass quantities and may again- however I am not using any of the supplements that they sell in my current program. I wish that they would carry acetyl L Carnitine again- I was very happy with that and there soy protein. Ps. to mass quantities if your listening prohormones belong in powder form- that way you can take them subligualy or snort them. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Macchrophage69alpha, I said I hate to hear myself say it, but he said cheap - and GNC is everywhere. Also, Muscletech has come a long way since then and there is a lot of BS out there about them. Their stuff is good for the price. IP: Logged |

Yon have to bust your ass in the gym with a well-researched training program for at least 5 years before you can use gear successfully. If you are not at your peak, then you will waste money on gains that could have been made naturally. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |
