If yopu want to be natural, the best convination is 19 nor androstenediol with 4 nor androstenediol, in cycles of 8 weeks, taking incremental dosages and finishing in decremental dogases. Dont forget to include Cell tech (creatine plus dextrosa), a good whey or soy isolated protein, glutamine. vanadyl sulfate, multivitamins, HMB, and some ginseng or yohimbe too, plus if you can, MCT.
