i know my arms could be 1/2 in. bigger, because my tricept always seems to grow slower than my bicept, im going to do my first cycle in about a 2-3 weeks. i want my tricept to be caught up with my bicept before i do my cycle. dont do much bi's for awail. any input please.

If I were you, I wouldn't totally stop doing bi's, just make sure that you hit your tri's pretty hard when you start your cycle. Remember recovery time is quicker when on, but you can still overtrain!

This is kind of hard to explain, but you might be working against yourself. Many people put a lot of constricting force in the Bicep when the are working the Tricep and vicea versa. If you have a trianing partner, have them pinch the tricep while you are doing curls or the bicep when you are doing pushdowns or dips. If you are tensing the opposing muscle, this should hurt. you won't achive maximum growth until you can train yourself to use one muscle group only.
