My opinion is no times oer week for no minutes. Seriouslt though, i have to eat so much to gain any weight at this point i leave the aerobic activity for when im taking my weight down. Even then it is kept to a minimum and i rely on thermogenics and diet to reach my goal. kpumpin IP: Logged |

I have to agree. Of course it depends on your metabolism and lifestyle. If you are trying to gain weight, burning calories with aerobics is only doing harm. However, if strictly gaining weight isn't your goal, then it is a different story. Aerobics helps me with water retention, but I have a very hard time gaining weight. I get stronger, but the weight is very hard to put on. Just some of my thoughts. Charlie IP: Logged |

You need to do some thinking about phrases that shouldnt exist. There isnt any such thing as a hardgainer. Just under-eaters and people not dedicated to training. I eat, sleep, and drink bodybuilding. If im not training or eating im on the net trying to pick up some more info. As for me being a hardgainer i graduated high school weighing in at 118 pounds. I got to the weight of 230 pounds before I even saw gear. I have the discipline to eat 6 or seven times a day(big meals) even if im not hungry and find time to drink a gallon and a half of water and a gallon of milk. So yeah if you want to work on your overall condition and are worried about the health aspects then by all means do your aerobics, but if you are worried about nothing else but becoming bigger and more muscular then set the aerobics aside and use that time for rest and recuperation. kpumpin IP: Logged |
