how many grams of fat should be consumed during a cycle. its my first cycle. i now eat about 20-40g a day, should i up it in order to eat more,1000cal/mealx6. thanks IP: Logged |

bro, Don't be afraid of fat while bulking. 20% of your daily cals from fat is a good number to start with. Monitor your progress and ajust that number accordingly. Also, if you have successfully eaten 6000 cals per day with only 20 - 40 grams of fat, please post your diet. If those calories are coming from sugar and/or processed foods you would probably make much better gains if you cut that down and replaced those calories with good fat. -later IP: Logged |

screw a diet when your bulking... JUST EAT!!! that clean eating when trying to get big just aint gonna cut it... ive done it before, and my gains could have been better.. sugar is important after workouts and with proteins. dont get me wrong, dont go to the candy store and stock up, but dont worry about your grams of fat so much... if you want a big ass steak, eat it... if you gain a little fat, work on it after your as big as you want to be. if your in good condition now, your not gonna be a fat ass in 8 weeks.
