It makes no sense to me why the states won't let you guys buy needles. I live in canada and they're freely available here, i guess the logic is that if you can't get them then it leads to needle sharing and transmitted diseases. What makes even less sense is that here in PA you can buy insulin OTC but not syringes. And some cities even have turn in programs were heroinaddicts can take their used needles and exchange them for new ones, its supposed to prevent the spread of diseases, but if I can't buy them why should a junkie get them for free? Yeah, it doesn't make much sence. Insulin is available OTC in N.J. as well but I can't get my hands on any damn insulin pins. I am probably going to use Animal again but he has had some delays and has been slow returning e-mails. In the past he has been the best source of pins that I know of. True, I went to the drug store yesterday and purchased insulin and pins over the counter and reside in MI. My advice, have some balls and go up to a couple drugstores and ask. The worst they could say is no. IP: Logged |

I found an old e-mail from pin head on the old Elite Fitness board. His e-mail is: [email protected] 3cc, 1 1/2", 23g Terumo pins. Currently this is the only size stocked.

Pins are available in Washington Oregon and California just go to the pharm. Sorry I know it's a long way from NJ. BTW Safeway orders mine becuse they are a non stocked item. The turn around time is 1-2 days. IP: Logged |

I do know that you can get them out of horse supply magazines.. Just about any size needle, and any size syringe. Just order a subscription to the magazine/catalog and order away. Dont know how good the prices are but they seem pretty cheap. (Im new to this, havent done it before) but I do know horses as my better half spends more time riding that damn thing then my fat ass... I live in Utah and it is legal to purchase syringes OTC. But I have bought them in states where it is illegal from a pharmacy. There is a trick to it of course, although its been printed in a couple "steroid guides". Simply tell the pharmacist that your father/grandmother has recently broken her/his hip and is taking vitamin b-12, but the medicine doesn't come with any syringes. I have used this many times to get needles in other states and not once been denied. I walked into walgreens today and purchased 30,5cc, 1 inch syringes at .25 cents...they are legal in Texas but they sometimes give you shit about it. If they ask i just tell them i purchased all Calahans had (A LOCAL WESTERN STORE THAT HAS VET SUPPLIES) and they told me to come to (THE PLACE YOU ARE STANDING IN) and that you would have more for my horses....it works every time...levi IP: Logged |

For insulin pins, just walk up to the pharmacy and tell them you need syringes. say" 28 or 29 guage, that's it. If they give you any hassle tell them it's for insulin, BUT be prepared to tell them what kind of insulin you or your "bed riddin grandma use." Novalin 70/30, Humalin70/30 are good ones to say.
