*They carry more bodyfat and less muscle than men. *They bitch more than men. *They are depressed more than men. *They attempt suicide more often than men. *All of the above despite recieving more emotional support AND much much much much more attention, can't forget that.

You are a humorous lad, indeed. - The second a woman builds a hint of muscle and drops a bit of body fat she is called a man. Go figure. - We may bitch more but we also have to work twice as hard to get 1/2 the recognition and an even smaller percentage of pay. HHhhhhhhmm, if it were the other way around, I wouldn't have to guess who'd be bitching more? - As for being depressed more and attempting suicide more even though we have more emotional support, from whom it is that we get this support?.....OTHER WOMEN, rarely from our men. I can tell you for A FACT, any woman who gets 1/2 the support she gives her spouse WOULD NEVER be depressed or even THINK about suicide. - And with one of these I can get as many of those as I want! Just think BM some chick [can I say chick? ] will get more support b/c you told me that they only need about half. married situations may be different, i won't deny that but women are depressed more often, i can get statistics if you want but you would be stupid to deny that fact. keep in mind i'm 17, at this age most guys don't realize they are on par/superior to women and put them up on this pedestal like they are goddesses or something when they are just people. | ||

D - I can't argue with statistics as I have ZERO, however, I do possess a wee bit of life experience as I am old enough to be your mother. (Now THAT is scary.) If you are talking about women in your age range 14 - 22 we are basically talking about GIRLS. Yes, I was once one of them and there are MANY times when I yearn to be one once again, but only for about a day or two and then I am actually grateful that I have more important dilemas in my life than what color to paint my toenails or "Do you think Bobby likes me?"....like do I do laundry or shower this morning. hehe Seriously, girls/women are in no way shape or form superior to boys/men. I believe that the sexes were created to work TOGETHER, each one bringing something DIFFERENT yet EQUALLY VALUABLE to the table. It is unfortunate when a young man wastes his affections on an undeserving silly twit with low self-esteem and a need to be treated like shit - however, the young man is equally to blame, I mean, there are no victims....ONLY VOLUNTEERS. A question that comes up often in many philosphy classes: would you rather be a drooling idiot or a tortured genius? In this scenario whom do you think would be more prone to depression? ....just my .02 ------------------ | ||

not all women are that way 1734, and frackal. i've always loved women, and always will. they don't boast about their bench press, how much they squat. they take care of my sexual, and emotional needs. i guess i'm one of the lucky ones. my woman does'nt complain, she does'nt bitch, she is very intellegent, makes her own cash. she loves and cares for me deeply. i don't find that all too bad! ------------------ |
