I have it too, and yes STRESS does play a big role in it acting up! I do not have to wear a poopoo bag though, why does he? Is it that bad? | ||

My Girlfriend has Ulcerative Colitis. She has pains when she is not on Prednisone. She doesn't have to wear a Poo-Poo bag, but has to be careful about what she eats. Dlady, do you have any advise to give on supplementing? I was thinking about trying to get her to take some Glutamine because roughly 85% is absorbed in the intestines. I figure it would kind of help the anticatabolic effect of the Cotico-steroids as well, but would that defeat the purpose? Any advise would be welcome. Thanks! | ||

ha ha...poo poo bag.  now thats funny. poo poo bag that is. sorry for anyone who has to deal with that kind of shit. uh oh, i didn't mean to say it like that. i mean thats a shitty situation... oh man, i'm on fire tonight! really though. that is one of the most awful things i could imagine to have to live with on a day to day basis. ------------------ | ||
