Hardcore, that's the look I want, hopefully by the end of summer or so. You've got great delts. Back could use more thickness IMO but I'm not one to critisize. How many cycles bro? And what were your stats before, as a natural? | ||

El-ass-o WTF? Frackal, i weighed in at 166 in my first contest this past august, and on October 1st when i started my cycle i was 179. 16" biceps, 30" waist, 42 chest, 22 1/2 quad, and about 16 calves. So i think ive done pretty good. DAMNIT....my back pic really sucks because i didnt flex out enough, but i do need to work on it. I think im about to incorporate some deadlifts into my regimen ------------------ | ||

your looking good man. definetly good deltoids and arms, the shoulders stand out very well from the back. you have very good semetry dude, you should rock at contests. the only thing I could think is that you might wanna bump those legs up to about 27-28, and 18 on the calves. Keep progressing man! if you've got the mental drive you could be pretty freaky. Here is a back pic of me, damnit bro I'm gonna catch up to you! ------------------ | ||

Yeah, i will work on a lot of things after my contests this spring. I am going to try to get to 220, possibly 225 if i can. And yeah, im only 21, so i have a while to train, and work on everything! Man, check your wide ass back out! You are there man, looking good! ------------------ | ||

Looks really good. The only constructive piece of criticism I have is with the width of the back when doing the lat pose. But everyone has a weak point and usually they turn it around to make it into one of their strongest points which I'm sure you will do. Good luck. | ||

Thanks a lot for your replys, guys. I need some good advice on some different back workouts. I know i need to add deadlifts, but im doing all the basic stuff now, like chins, barbell rows, etc, and nothing comes out of it. I need to widen my back, not define it, because i have that. DEADLIFTS. You know you need to start doing them. Start asap. It is the most beautifull pain a human can feel. Nothing adds thickness like deads. The burn will run from your glutes to the very top of your traps on your neck...that's overall development. | ||

Then deadlifts it is. I will start on them tomorrow, as that is when i work my back. As for when i started lifting? Well, serious lifting, about a year ago, maybe 1 1/2 years. I will go ahead and tell you that on Valentines day of this year, i weighed about 147! I was pathetic! But i busted my ass all spring, and summer, and placed 2nd in my first contest in August. I will get some old pics vs new pics up soon. BIG difference. ------------------ |
