i want to destroy anything and everything. i feel so fucking mad right now, and i'm not even on any gear. i hate feeling this way. i just feel my anger boiling through my skin, my adrenaline shooting through my veins. all this shit will be over soon. i just want to get back to normal. i hate feeling angry, and anxious. no advice, i just wanted to vent! ------------------     | ||

when i feel like that i make animal noises...usually barking like a dog...or flexing every muscle in my body while proclaiming my love for satan... i'm completely serious, my little brother does it too...we are freaks.... | ||

I got extremly mad after a hockey game where the refs did not call anything at all. Most of my team was hit from behind into the boards [very dangerous] and nothing was done about it and every time I went over to stand up for them I was put in the box. Something like that happens everytime we played at that rink so I figured the refs were rink staff. After the game a trash can was in my way so I picked it up and threw it into the showers, little did I know that it was filled w/ liquids and shit. It went all over the showers. I got in trouble w/ the league over it, but used some sly words and explaining and got off pretty easy. ------------------ | ||
