my dog keeps jumping over the fence into neighbors backyard or the gate to my house , she wants to run the streets, i cant afford to have anything bad happen, the fence is 6.5 feet tall and i cant make it any higher so i was thinking about trying to fatten her up a bit say 20 pounds any suggestions on how to do this? is there an appetite stimulant or somthing i can give her?

hook a thick chain around her neck. she won't be able to jump and her neck will get big

Buy a shock collar (about 100 bucks at Menard's) its remote controlled..so when she gets too close to that fence..give her a quick jolt..and tell her "No" in a loud voice..I wouldn't get the chain..if she jumps the fence then she may get caught on the other side and strangle herself...

if you've got a big enough garden, build her an enclosure of some sort. when my mutt was a puppy we kept him in an area for a while until we could construct a suitable fence.

What kind of dog is it?? Can you let her in??? If not try one of those invisible electric fences. Put it around your existing fence. Doesn't hurt the dog to bad, and from what I hear, they work real good.
