U need to EAT, EAT, EAT, and hit the weights ALOT harder. I'm not trying to flame bro, but you've got a long way to go. Keep working on it bro. I wouldn't go on another cycle for awhile. Benny, I say that because you need a foundation and muscle mass to even have something to cut up. Not to be a dick but you don't look like you have lifted that much yet based on your lack of mass. I would keep working on a foundation, and maybe your choice to hit a cycle was premature. ------------------ | ||

You look like you only train shoulders! how big are your arms? By looking at the pics I would have to guess about 15". I think your BF is less than 17%. To me that looks in the range of 12% ------------------

hey KB, diet is one of the most important things. I'm also 20, but I'm 5'11" and 230lbs and 9% bf. I have found out that diet is VERY important. You've got to have the discipline, if u want the gains. Do your best not to cheat on your diet, but know it's going to happen sometimes. Don't get discourage, keep with it!!! ------------------ | ||

KB, If i were you i would stick to the essentials. Bench Press, Deadlifts, and Squats. Once you build a solid foundation you can then start to do isolation exercises. I would also suggest that you raise the amout of protein in your diet to 1.5-2 gram per body pound and eat only complex fiberous carbs, keep the fat low and stick to efa's and stay away from Saturated fats. you need to eat at least six times a day. This will help you in your endevors. ------------------ | ||

btw I have been doing simular to what Captain suggested diet wise and have good results, but no really good washboard yet.. but I will have one by the summer. | ||

captain is on the money...but id throw in cardio 2-3x week at 30-40 minutes a time...nice low intensity stuff that doesnt eat muscle but burns fat... |
