You know what I find really weird about this board or any other board for that matter? Someone can put up a topic that is serious and requires mature intellect to discuss it and it is passed up for topics such as cumming on ladies faces and shit like whose bunghole did you lick. Now don't get me wrong, those topics have their place here too, but I am just suprised at this trend. I have put up some pretty lame topics as well as some very intellectual ones and more often than not the ones that get the most response are the cheesy degrading topics of sex and drugs. Why is this?     | ||

I agree. I always try to respond and contribute to the more thought-provoking topics, but no one seems to reply to my commentary. =( Kind of like helping a girl out with her homework all the time and then wondering why she's always too busy to talk when you call her. -Warik | ||

Yeah, I was just curious. I like bullshitting like everyone else, but we also need to have more intelligent questions and discussions without the anger that it sometimes provokes. That is one reason I visit the anabolic board less often than I used to, I see the same damned questions all the time and so on. Do you know how many times someone has asked, "Can I drink winny?" My god, I like to pop a vessel when I see that question come up or has anyone ever tried sust? or can I freeze my test to see if it is real? I can handle only so much repetitiveness (sp) So, that is why I am over here a lot. But, damn these topics get repetitive and down right obnoxious at times. Wait till I am up and running at my house in Phx, I am going to post some theoretical science that will blow your socks off. | ||

i think you're being a bit hard on everyone, chesty. the so-called "intellectual" topics are much narrower...your upcoming discussion on theoretical science, for instance, may be over the head of 95% of the audience...this is not to say they're stupid, but they may be more comfortable discussing the civil war or vector calculus or whatever... i admit to being surpised when reading a post on everyone's educational background...it's actually a well-educated and presumably knowledgable board. EVERYONE has an opinion on sex, relationships, etc. | ||

I am quit impressed with the responses thus far. And as usual the same people that write inflamotory posts respond the same. It doesn't matter to me whether or not someone likes me or not here because I will never see 99% of you. As for my topics of science, I post them because alot of the people here (not all) have liked them. I could post anything from Creation to Ancient Rome, or discuss the size of a puss after birth. People can talk about whatever they want, it is a free country. I was just stating that for the supposed education level of people on this board, I find it rather odd at the topics that attrack the most attention, those about sex and hatred. Hmmm El ass wipe and roiddog, whatever. | ||

hey, i'm as smart as the next redneck...probably went to a better college than most and majored in harder subjects than most...(yes i am better than most)... personally, i hate reading long text off computer monitors...hurts my eyes...can't really concentrate for the often longish periods of time it takes to read and digest an "intellectual post"...brevity in wit and text is sublime... | ||

Thanks for the compliment. That is the way I feel. It is much harder to get your ideas across by typing a few lines than you could in person. I think most hit the nail on the head with they are looking at the lighter side of life on here while at work. While I'm at work I have to think about things a littl eahrder and listen to people whine, so when I come on here I like to shoot the shit about things that I enjoy, mainly sex, humor and sports. Once in a blue moon I'll ask a serious question and usually don't get the kind of replies that I 'm looking for, but that is just me getting a dose of my own medicine, becuase I usually use similar replies to other people's posts. | ||

Chesty, I always look for your thought provoking topics. Sometimes I don't have the time to get involved, but it's good stuff all the same. Isn't it nice to be up near the top of the food chain (intellectually)? Now stop playing with your food...some of them are getting annoyed.  | ||
