If you are good for you, but what I really need is some help with my back exercises.

I need to replace floor deadlifts in my routine so my developement doesn't lack in the areas of lower and mid-back thickness. I was thinking of Good Mornings and Stiff Legged Deadlifts, but I really need something for overall thickness.

I have tried barbell rows but I just can't get a good mind-muscle connection with them. They don't feel right. Anyone have any awesome back routines?

Also, I have embeded a virus in this post so if you read this and don't respond your monitor will be electronically converted into a fission bomb and you will die. I really need a good routine.

Do you ever do T-bar rows? They add thickness. You can even do them one handed and hang on to the pad with the other. They work good.

Sometimes I like to pull my victims around by their bound feet. This has led to many great lower back workouts throughout the years. It's especially taxing when you have to drag them uphill in a wooded area. I like to just bend over and grab them by the ankles when I pull. I started out being able to drag maybe a 150lb woman. Now I have to cruise the Jenny Craigs and KFC's just to find one that's suitable. They're easier to lure in too. I just pull up and i'm like, I got fudge. Works everytime.

lol I work at KFC (student) so that shouldn't be to hard.

Havoc, calling Havoc..for your input.

Also, if you guys think BB rows are the way to go I'll do them.

I was also thinking about doing high-rep deadlifts, like 12-15, just like high-rep squats. What do you think?

I work lowback with hamstrings. I superset my rowing movements with chest movements in one of my upper body workouts. This seems to give a much better mind-muscle connection and pump. You can actually lift more weight this way. I usually try to match the same grip as the pressing exersize.

sample workout

med grip bench, rest 1:30, med grip row rest 1:20

3 heavy sets

incline db press, rest 1:15 DB rows rest 1:15

2 sets, medium/heavy weight

fly, rest 1:00, reverse pec deck fly (rear delts)

high reps, 2 sets or 1 drop set on each.

then hit tris.

the other UB day I do the same thing with delts and chinning movements, then hit bis.

splitting up the low-back, rowing (rhomboids)and chinning (lats) aspects of my back training has given me some real good development.

My victims remember me very fondly. I can remember having one ask me for my phone number when I was through doing her. I of course refused to give her my number. But I got her's instead.

We are now a happy couple and she helps me get more victims, by playing a lesbian and luring the mark to our apt. The rest is easy because she slips them a rohypnol and I take over.

I do have a problem though, they always want more, and the rohypnol is now impossible to get. I am glad I stocked up!!!

Just kidding but who knows this idea may have some real world applications.

close grip weighted chins 4xfailure

reverse grip smith machine rows 4x6-8

1 arm db row 3x6-8

stiff arm pulldown 3x8-12
superset<
reverse grip pulldown 3x4-6

pulldowns behind the neck 4x8-12
(do these with your feet as far behind u in an arc as u can, so your not held down by a pad. youll have to go lighter and stricter, but once u do it this why u will see why it is so good.)

low cable row 3x6-10

if u can't get thicker and wider off of this routine, then there is no hope for u and u should kill yourself acourdingly.

just kidding. good luck.

...and i break u over my knee, like so!!!
