If you can imagine this...
I just went from a 4-Wheel Drive Bronco, to
little Mazda 626. Man, what a difference.

I feel like my butt's scraping the ground!

Gas is cheaper though....

1998 Honda Civic Hatchback chili pepper red...best car ever made.

Goes through snow, drives through ditches like a 4x4 (found that out couple weeks ago), and we can fit the boy's entire drum set in the back with room to spare, and I was driven off the road in '98 by a drunk when the chilipepper was 3 months old, can't tell he's ever been in an accident, and no injuries. I love my car.

In 1989, my folks bought me a brand new Alfa Romeo Spider ... I drove it until I blew the head gasket in 1996 (someone should have told me to check my oil more often) driving back to San Francisco from Palm Springs.

I coasted into the Saturn dealership and drove away an hour later with a '97 Saturn SL-1. I cried all the way home.

I used to be the one with the cool car. When I called my dad and told him I bought a Saturn, he said, "Good. Pretty soon you'll be listening to country western music and dating girls. I'm so proud of you!"

ha ha ha ha

But seriously, for a guy like me who knows jack about cars, the Saturn was a great choice. Very little maintenance and it gets over the hills in San Francisco with ease. Unfortunately, I've noticed that only women drive them.

I know of two people that crashed.

One went off the intracoastal (high) bridge,
the other hit a median and flipped.

Ion I know what your talking about, the older jeeps are already prone to roll over. Thats why you use some common sense when driving them not taking coners like your driving a sports car. But it all starts with the way you build your rig. Like mine I went with a sring over lift. No body lift at all, thats where alot of people get into trouble whit body lifts moving the center of gravity. Just do a spring over lift and cut out the fenders to fir your tires under the body.
