Day 1 - Chest 5 sets of flat bench 15-3 reps Day 2 - Back 4 Sets of chins - max reps with 25 pound plate Day 3 - Legs 5 sets of squats or leg press - 30-6 reps Day 4 - Shoulders 5 sets of military press 15-6 reps Day 5 - Arms 3 sets of incline curls supersetted with 3 sets of dumbell extensions Abs 3 times a week. one exercise each day for 3 sets of 50-20 reps | ||

Monday - Legs Squats - 4 warmup sets, 3 sets of 8,6,4 reps w/inreasing weight Stiff-Legged DL - same as squats Donkey Calf Raises - 3 sets of 12, max weight i can do Seated Calf Raises - 3 sets of 20, max weight I can do Wednesday - Push Friday - Pull

Currently; Sunday-legs.squat 5 x5. extension 2 x8-10. sldl 3 x6-8. curl 2 x6-8. standing calf 3 x15-20. seated 3 x15-20. Tuesday-chest/shoulders/abs.bench 5x5. incline db 2 x4-6. decline flyes 1 x4-6. seated arnold press 2 x4-6. standing lateral 2 x4-6. misc. weighted ab work 5or6 sets. dips to failure as I leave. Thursday-back/traps.deads 2 x5. tbar row 2 x4-6. wide-grip pulldown 2 x6-8. pullup 1 xfailure. bb shrug 2 xfailure. standing bb row 2 x6-8. good mornings 2 x4-6. Saturday-arms/abs.bb curl 3-5 x4-6. db curl 2 x4-6. incline db curl 1 x4-6. close-grip bench 3-5 x4-6. one arm reverse pushdown 2 x6-8. db kickback 1 x4-6. bb wrist curl 2 x6-8. hammer curl 2 x4-6. standing db wrist curl 1 x8-10. 5or6 sets weighted ab work. | ||
