THE ROUTINES THAT THE GUYS POST IN MUSCLE AND FITNESS ARE SUCH BULLSHIT..THEY ARE ALL SO WRONG AND OFF AND PROS LIKE SHAWN RAY AND ALL THEM DONT DO 12 SETS FOR TRIS AND ALL OF THEM 8-15 BULLSHIT!

I even wrote a letter to Coleman in his column in Flex and asked how he can do all those high reps and gain mass. And I asked how he can work the same part such as chest less than a week later, cause it takes a week for me not to be sore. Of course he did not respond. A two word reply would have been OK, "GH, insulin"

When I was in high school I used to read muscle and fitness and copy those routines. I'd do 15 sets on inclines and 10 sets on flat etc and wonder why I wasn't gaining. I blamed it on not taking any Victory products, mass gainers or boron etc. I thought once I got that stuff in to me there was no stopping me and I too could be on the road to becoming Mr. Universe.(at that time I didn't know about steroids)

What do you suggest then Justin?

I do.

M - Chest
T - Back
W - Legs
T - SHoulders
F - Arms

And about 15 Sets of 10-6 Total. 4 Lifts. 3 Sets per Lift.

Am I doing it wrong?

no im not saying you are wrong but i would be willing to put money on the fact that coleman, shawn ray and all the other pros do reps under 8..there routine isnt only 8-25 reps...they must go much lower..

so chill because im not attacking you

I agree JustinM. They have to keep the workouts in the mags looking unique and fresh, thats how they sell magazines. The gym has issues of mens health and others lying around. They all basically say the same thing over and over again. Its just fun to look at the crisp color photos, thats about it hehe. They are all complete bullshit. Just lift heavy eat sleep rest all that good stuff. (I'm gonna take a nap I've been up since......noon yesterday) God I cant hardly see to type i'm so tired.
