I know I would! Capt. Just like the overhead pulldown nautilus machine. But with free weights, use a flat bench and an ezbar, start with the weight on the floor at the top of your head on the floor.) Pull up to chest, then lower it back down. The nautilus version of this exercise eliminates the resistance you feel in your upper back area of your lats. The second is jus the cable pull down, Wide grip that lisa refers to. ------------------ | ||

I wasn't getting sexual either keystone is a cross between a s.l. dead and a reg. dead......stick your stomach out and your ass.....when you go down, if you're doing it properly, the bar shouldn't go more then a couple of inches below your knees.....when I do them, the whole movement is from my mid quad to just below my knee....I enjoy them becuase they give me great soreness for days afterwards.....I enjoy pain | ||

I think that is what it was called. At a gym that i used to work at. A strong man use to come in and do a deadlift with an unorthodox style. He would strattle the bar and place one arm in front of him and on arm in back. Then he would do the lift. he called it the jefferson dead. did he make it up? Personally i wounld try it because the way you contort your body for this lift is Contraindicated by ACSM.. ------------------ MOUTH WITHOUT A FACE.... | ||

ok, my sig hasn't been working lately so thats the resaon for the test. anyway... you don't need to get too complicated. my current back workout is: weighed pull ups-3x4-6 thats it. i do that once a week and my back is getting stronger and i'm sore as hell from it. i also occasionaly throw some DB pullovers in. not this traning cycle though. | ||
