Its a skit from Mad TV. Theyre 3 wrestlers from this mexican wrestling league and thats what the one named El ass-o wipe-o says. He threatens his enemies and says he'll "snap them over his knee... LIKE SO!" the other two are El Negro Diablo played by Phil LaMar. He black and in a devil costume (Negro=black, Diablo=devil) | ||
