Just wondering what part or lift of your's is lacking the most? Mine has got to be my chest. Good size and shape, just not that strong and it sucks. I look a lot stronger than I am. Must be crap genetics, or my long arms. My legs are sucky too due to trashed knees from skiing but atleast there is a reason for it. I have big shoulders, pecs, and arms yet my numbers on bench suck.

I'm a lot stronger than I look. I really do not even look like I lift. I think my worst part or the part I am most displeased with is chest. I don't bench but for dumbell press I use 50's. Not bad but I know bench sucks. I think I may start doing barbell bench.

BI's suck. because I was a PL so long bi's were not very important. My Tri's are enormous. It looks really odd. I got to fix that with PG2 or something.

I have really been working my bis and they are coming along. My tris are pretty big and people tell me I have big arms. Of course I have such a complex I think they are 15"! But my damn chest, I usually do 100's last set and last set of incline flys with 70's. My flat bench sucks dick.

I would have to say that chest is my weakest compaired to my othere lifts. I would like my bench to be about 35lbs more. So I'm in your boat MP5. Plus I have bad shoulders from leading wiht both of thim in Football.

It does not make sense why my chest is weak, my arms are like 18" and I am lean so it is not fat.

my shoulders are strong but they are the only bodypart i have trouble bringing out. soon enough they will be capped like crazy. i am pleased w/ everything else.
do you have any problems w/ your shoulders mp5? that would be one reason your strength may be lagging on your chest.

My shoulders don't hurt, and they are naturally nice in size. I have been working them hard with military to get them bigger and capped. I do have long arms though. I wear a 36/37 sleave in dress shirts.

My chest sucks too I blame it on my long arms and bad genetics. No matter what I do I can't put good size on it to tie in with my other body parts. My shoulders and arms are big which makes my chest look even worse. It probably my shoulders and arms that does all the lifting.

Abs.If I don't really cream them with heavy resistance my stomach goes smooth within a few days.
Maybe that's a sign of old age.

My worst lift is the Squat(495). Being 6'2" my legs don't seem to "fold" under me correctly.

Best lift is bench(435), although I do have long arms.

Chest or quads are best bodyparts. Worst is back.

my legs are very very strong... however, my chest is weak as hell. i get my 100's on incline db's but flat i can do 135 on a good day

My biceps and abs are my weak points. I 'm not going to sit here and brag about lifts i've done(because i don't believe half of you) but my totall is 1400-1450 on the 3lifts.

Legs weakest (they are too long!) (calves are strong though), chest/shoulders strongest. Actually, I guess my traps are technically my strongest (and closest to "freaky") part...I can shrug like a zillion pounds!
