hows your diet? We that do not juice (not flaming those that do) have to really keep our natural anabolic chemistry fine tuned since we have no help. I like to take one basic multijoint movement for each body part working that day and do a circuit for warm up. ex..leg press, chest press, bent over row 15reps(dont rest between exercises) Then do three sets of 12-15 to target the areas worked.ex..3/12legext, 3/12benchprss, 3/12latpull. only resting 30sec between sets. and one minute between exercises. you get the idea. while low reps work toward size and strength--higher reps increase natural growth hormone releases.(depending on which scientist you follow). ------------------ | ||

Yes, but as 10 x 10 using antagonistic groups such as chest and back together. |
