I never saw the last pics....but you apparently made some posotive changes according to what the other members have posted. You need more mass...and just more muscle on your frame in general, and not to pick you apart but you also look very soft. You may possibly be overtraining or just not eating right, or eating enought. Live by these words and you will grow CONTROLLED, HEAVY, COMPOUND MOVEMENTS, ow and eat like a animal! ------------------ | ||

King Benny used to be Romeo before the big crash and upgrade.. no it's not me.  You can do a search and find my pic. Benny was around alot during the summer, but i suspect his new job and school schedule keeps him off the board as much. | ||
