They basically sandblast your face with aluminium oxide particles. Smoothes out the skin and deletes wrinkles. Supposed to take 10 years off your face.

The only thing was the maintenance program. that they "forgot" to tell me about. Once a month for 6 months. Then 6x per year after that. But I guess we'll see how it works and make that decision.
