dudes... liver- milk thistle, much much water, no glycerol yet... throat is hurtin as of now... took 300mg last night and 300 this after noon... will take 300 more every 36 hours for 7 days... second time using it, last time was 7lbs lost in 7 days... i only want to lose 5-10 this time too... dont wanna look smaller in winter yet... | ||

Mad- I'm not DNP expert or anything, but if all you're taking is milk thistle I'm not sure that's enough... I guess it's a little late now, but if you want I can send you all that's recomended by the Chemical Wizardy guide...it's a hell of a lot more than milk thistle.. | ||

racer it didnt go through to the earthlink one, i emailed ya back but i have yet to check yahoo since... my original supplementation is going and will always go well, much experience with vitamins and minerals.. frackal, ive dabbled with the shit before i am ok... as for when you lose the weight, my experience is at the end, yes... i actually gained 2lbs on it last time and then 3 days after i stopped it i was 7lbs lighter, it was funny as hell to just see the weight gone... i was shocked.. fortunately i know how it works so i am not worried about fuckin up... and if i do, i hope i end up dead and not blind or someshit. i reviewed an old post i had going with macroph and fe3 a long time ago, in elites glory days... that helped a bit... | ||

pauly, moving NEXT tuesday, and i am going 600 cuz mine are 300mg caps, but are 9 months old  so who knows... i will email ya... |
