Here it is. It makes me nervous thinking about. Especially after trying the upper body version. Rowing machine 10min squats (no weight) 1min dead lifts (bar only) 1 min full sit ups 1min seated calf raises (half your max) 1min hamstring curls standing each leg (you figure weight) 1min each no cardio Again short rests as needed/ try to complete in an hour. Praise you if you can walk. I doubt if I could. I'll probably try this next Tuesday. Let you know. | ||

OK, I AM LOST HERE... IS THIS YOUR WORKOUT? OR A SUGGESTION? OR YOUR OLD ROUTINE? OR NEW ROUTINE? IF YOUR TRYING TO BUILD MUSCLE, YOU WONT DO IT LIKE THIS... THAT IS JUST BEGGING TO OVERTRAIN... WAY TOO MANY SETS REPS EXERCISES ETC.. ETC.. FOR SOME REASON I WAS THINKING YOU WERE GOING TO TRY AND "BULK UP" NOW THAT YORU DONE COMPETING. | ||

Mad- it's a routine to shock the body and break through plateaus. I was stuck in a rut with the upper body and tried the upper body version today. I posted it this morning. Woodin asked if I knew one for legs. You are correct I'm training for size now. I like to through in a routine like this every month or so to shake things up. Keep the body guessing. | ||

Yeah that would SHOCK THE SHIT out of your body bro! Damn. Now my legs hurt! I'm going to try these two routines on my next light week. I alternate weeks Light (50% weights / High Reps) Heavy (95% Max Weight with a pyramid). Thanks Speed. ------------------ | ||

another good shock w.out speed is doing 30 rep squats. i like doing 4 sets of 30 w/ 185lbs. makes me throw up though! ------------------ | ||

Yeah, what is it about hitting legs hard that make you throw up? Same crap happens to me too. I guess that's why there's so many people out there with skinny legs and big upper bodies. |
