Tried this work out that a Romanian judo Olympiad wrote down for me. It's all by minutes not reps. Hopefully shocks your body so much you'll bust through the plateau. Thought I'd share it with you all. 1 mile run short rests as needed/ try to complete in an hour. He gave me one for legs that they do but it's way too scary for a Friday. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

It's killer and totally freaks with your head as far having to push past pain. You have to do it with a partner. someones got to hold the stop watch and make sure you complete the times with a spot if you need one. The lactic acid should be bursting through the skin after that. Boxing workouts are also awesome for endurance. Hitting the heavy bag and punching with dumbbells for 2-3 minutes at a time can really blast your delts. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Yeah, that would work but generally on a a cycle for bulking I would say cut back on the cardio. Maybe your program with 3cc's of primo a week. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
