Ok thi sofficially makes me a loser when I'm asking fo radvice about relationships from this bunch...anyhow here goes: There is this guy why I dated when I first broke up with my ex...yadda yadda yadda...I was still hurt and hung up over my ex so I told him I wasn't ready for anything yet..... so he's a baseball player and he got drafted into the minors...but is back intown to finsh up some classes before spring training starts in march I saw him again today (he called me about a month ago and we talked and I had to go so I told him I'd call him later...but forgot I don't know his number so I never called)...he says a bunch are going to this club and he wanted to know if I wanted to go, but since i work tommorow I realy didn't think so....so I forgot to ask for his number again (I'm an idiot) Well I got my best friend, thats a girl, willing to go with me for a little bit tonight...so If I show up there...will I appear desperate? should I?..     | ||

I don't think that you will appear desperate. Its the baseball player I jsut went out with a couple times after I broke up with my 3 year ex.. Good...I decided to go already...I figure what the hell...and I'm not gonna be stupid anymore...I'm not good at these damn dating games....I'm just gonna ask him if he's interest in going out again with me or not...simple...right... | ||

I am too late on this one, but... This is the deal: if you can handle a long-distance relationship with him being in the minors, and all that implies, go with or without a friend(I recommend a friend in case things are weird.) If you really do not want a possible long term relationship, long distance or not, I say go and have fun. Don't let anyone make you stray from what YOU want. BTW - if I lose my place to him on the plane to Ireland, I WILL have to kill him. | ||

Well I'm back...and I have a date for friday night ....plus my friend agrees he's a major cutie and seems very sinsere.....I'm a sucker for nice, sweet guys......funny cause I aways ge the cocky asses that approach me...and I gotta work with the shy ones....but he's a cutie and was worth the work....still didn't ask for his number, but he has mine...so if he doesnt' call then I'll know for sure Shadow....you and me and irleland is all good...he'll probably be in spring training I don't care about long distance....or anything...I just want someone I can have fun with and truely enjoy their company...thats realy all I'm looking for...hell I support myself, have my own house, own my car, have a dog, good job....and go to every dolphin game....I"m pretty happy....just like someone to watch late night espn sports center with, tie up once in a while and get my groove on, and a good sensual massage...thats all | ||

I just have to share my skills...I went to the club and thougth I'd just thought I'd impress him with my orthodontically altered pearly whites...however when there is music I must dance... I pulled out some old school...the running man, a little roger rabbit, and a little cabbage patch.....all was going well...I was groovin soo well, he turned red with embarassement cause I put all thoses other suckas to shame.....but when I busted out the robot...then I really shined I was gonna show my versatality and go to my car and get my glow sticks....but I figured I wouldn't unload my whole bag of tricks | ||

no, im certain i would have felt a nagging obligation to throw money at you... "bye bye bye" is a timeless classic, im sorry you were left out of the loop... i really can do the whole dance routine (not well) and sing the song while i do it...drives the white women crazy...sometimes i improvise some moves, like "the grocery shopper"..you pretend to push a cart around and inspect lables on imaginary cans....its my signature...tell me you could resist me, and i'll call you a liar... | ||

You are crazy to date a sports athlete. Do you know how much ass those guys pull? Especially him traveling around. I wish girls would wise up sometimes and stop dating football and baseball players. MP5...I know I know...I worked at my college gym as an assistant strength coach while goinn to school...so I was friends with all the teams "playas"...and got asked out by alot of them...but you can find out the history on one guy instantly cause those boys talk amounst themselves about their "feats" often and openly This guy I could never find one person to say one bad thing about him......plus he seemed like such a sweetheart ...but the clincher was, one night he came over to watch a movie...and I had run a long run that day and my feet hurt.......the boy massaged my feet | ||
