Here is another one of me....this is at a banquet at church about one year ago, I was just starting weightlifting when the following photo was taken. I didn't know what i was doing. You don't look as bad as I did in highschool. You look like an average guy. You may complain about being 175 but you have not even started to fill out yet and you are tall. A lot of short guys get a complex and lift weights to get big, all the weights in the world won't make you 6' though. | ||

thats my buddy there he also lifts. Thing is he goes to a little tennis-playin-pansie "athletic club". I try to tell him to do more of the basic compound lifts but he uses a lot of the fancy machines there....makes me sick. He's lost 50 lbs since that pic and still lifts.... | ||
