Norv was a great Offensive Coordinator with Dallas, much the same as Richard Pettibone was with the defense with the Redskins under Joe Gibbs...both however lacked that " Something " that makes you a good head coach...Norv was a nice guy...BUT, nice guys finish...well...ya know....
