Does photopoint ever work for any of you? I loaded a pic there last week and still today it says I have 1 pic coming in. Where else can I put a pic up? Help please     | ||

Lisa...move the picture to a different dircetory on photopoint..I keep all mine in the "recreation" portion..there should be an option on the left hand side of the screen that says "move photos" then click on the incomming and move it to the rec folder..let me know if this helps... OK..I put the pic in my rec. folder, but, it still don't work....I put the stuff before the url and everything when trying to post it... fuckc! | ||

Lisa, Have you moved the image from the incoming folder to one of your standard folders -- there's a faq page I had to read to get it to work for me... ------------------ | ||

Hmmm.. I think the problem might be that the pic is an HTM file instead of a JPEG or gif file....when I tried to save it..it will only save as an Html file....if you have the original picture email it to me..... ------------------ | ||

No problem..When you do send me the pic I will convert it from a BMP file to a jpeg file which will be much smaller..then you can upload that one to the photopoint album and we will see if that works (which I think it will) | ||

i sent it....through musclemail....hotmail is still having a seizure.... ya, but, at photopoint, it says it can be a jpg or a bmp or a gif... | ||

check your mail...the problem with BMP files is that they are huge..the file you sent was 464k when I converted it toa jpeg it is only 20k...big difference...give it a try ------------------ | ||

Lisa..let me know if you got the e-mail with the pic attached..sometimes hushmail screws up with attachments..Also I sent it to the email account that you sent the pic from...the muscle account [This message has been edited by thefantom1 (edited December 04, 2000).] | ||

Lisa..check your hotmail account now...it should let you save the file as a jpg..if that doesn't work, let me know..we will figure this out..its starting to piss me off!! :-) |
