Damn, you were right thermo, it was a damn good fight though. I took a shit when Vargas went down in the first round, i thought it was over for sure, but at least he made it interesting. Danny | ||

That was an awesome fight though. I thought Vargas was done in the first. The he came back and got the point for Trinidad's lowblow, which evened the scorecard at that point. I would've like to see Vargas win but he did pull a bitch move in the 12th. He got knocked down the first time, but the second time, he just went down and Trinidad never even hit him. It's basically like he gave up in the last round. Twelve rounds and a TKO, you can't ask for a better fight. Maybe if it was a straight-up KO but that's about it. | ||

Vargas was defintely dangerous throught the entire fight except for the last round Tito pounded him good. I was impressed by the performance and heart that Vargas showed after getting knocked down in the 1'st. | ||

8pack: Didn't it look like Vargas quit in the 12th? He recovered nicely from the first and fought a good fight till the 12th. It just looked like he gave up at the end. |
