I've had mild knee sprains and pain before and was still able to do stifflegged's. I could'nt do leg curls though because it involves bending the joint too much. Try light stiff'legged's and see how it feels. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Stiff legged deads are the choice Bro...you may wish to consider doing lunges on the Smith Machine as this takes away the balance aspect of the lift, thus easing the problem joint... Remember that curls will offer no support to the knee, it is stationary and the range of motion may aggravate it worse....Just my thoughts Bro... Ranger ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
