Who uses? How much? How often? Hows the sleep..how long...do you need less sleep? My buddy uses it all the time and he gets such sound sleep he doesn't need as much, not to mention his recovery is great and he's huge. I know all the side effects, etc..just want some testimonials on how it effects peoples sleep and how they feel     | ||

Better than any OTC or prescription sleep aid. Seems like you get more Stage 3 sleep and you wake up more refreshed w/o the drags. More stage 3 = more gh response while you sleep. | ||

I use Butendiol. The sleep is great. I usually get the rebound effect though and end up waking up a few hours later. I use 3 ml measured with a syringe but as you guys probably know some of the shit won't do any thing at 3ml and some will knock youre ass out. | ||

I use it alot...I keep it in a scope bottle....minty fresh......I take 1 cap full, enjoy the buzz....then the sleep is most welcomed. I've never experienced a side effect one from it...I do not drink, so this is my buzz of choice. Ranger | ||

I have used a lot of ghb, actually, GBL to be exact (same stuff, its an analog sold under the name Verve 5.0) and this is what I have found. #1. It doesnt last that long, so when you take it for sleep, you wake up about 4-5 hours later, and you cant go back to sleep because of the dopamine relase when it wears off. #2. Your boby builds up a quick tolerance for it. #3 If you take it too often, its hard to go to sleep when you dont have it. #4 It doesnt make you grow anymore than regular sleep does. my $.02 | ||

I have used alot also, but not straight - I made a rule to only use it 3 times a week, I never had any problems and enjoy everything buzz,sleep and all, but the taste is pretty assy. Slopain | ||

Agent. Me and most of my friends are long time users. I used to use it for sleep but the thing is I ended up waking up in the middle of the night everynight. I couldn't go back to sleep unless I took more. I started to rely on G to help me go to sleep. When I didn't have it around it was hell falling asleep so I quit using it for sleep purposes. It's good to have around if you want a quick nap though. Also my buddy was severly addicted to it and ended up in the hospital several times. Once addicted this shit will get hold of you firmly. Very hard to kick. Major withdrawls. The only way to kick it is to not sleep for one week. Fucking imaging that. I remember my buddy would be up for 72 hours straight. He said he started hallucinating and all other kinds of bad shit. I only use it now as a recovery aid. It's great to use anytime you have any kind of hangover. I highly recommend it for that. Someone said that GBL was sold as an "all-purpose-cleaner" ?? it is federally regulated in the U.S. so I don't see how that is possible. If someone can finally answer this question for me, drop me an email. I have NEVER found butyrolactone for sale within the U.S. ?? | ||

Thank you for your comments... Virgin...thanks but I'm ok with "repositories" ... When I used to live with my buddy who takes GHB, I never knew where he kept it till one day I come home from running and their are no more bottles of water in the fridge so Im searching throught the cupboards and see a filled bottle in his cupboard so I grab it and yell to him in his room "I'm gonna drink the rest of you water from your cupboard, just as I'm about to gulp away he screams back "NOO!!"...I think he's just kidding so I procede to almost take a sip and he runs out and says, "thats not water"...turns out the idiot keeps his GHB in a Evian water bottle bottle in the cupboard...its clear...doesn't smell...thank god I didn't drink the whole damn thing..talk about a comma, plus I would have owed him money then | ||

I thought it was just me who used to do that with the batterys. I still do it now sometimes to see if theres any power in em. About the ghb though ive never taken it but quite interested, there was a post a couple of days ago on it saying its a good alternative to drinking, but its not much good if your going to go out and fall asleep. This i dont understand. | ||

G-Head reporting... using G as a social drug is a matter of tolerance... you have to "thread the needle." Just the right ammount gives euphoria and social freedom, a little bit more gives rambling and zzz's.... Learn your tolerance and control it tightly and there is no better drug (at least, of those I have tried, including MDMA) Puc ------------------ |
