Alright, this is a touchy and very sensitive subject for me but I will go on and explain it anyway because I want to finally do something about it. I have always been very self-conscience about my chest. Ever since I was an overweight little boy, it's been something that's bothered me. I have never done any kind of steroids or been on anykind of hormone therapy in my entire life, but I swear I still have gyno. No matter how hard I train my chest and lean down its always been my worst developed bodypart. I mean, sure it looks big and developed when I'm wearing a shirt, but it looks fatty and absolutley unflattering when I have my shirt off. I've seen some absolute horrible (fat)physiques before, and some of those dudes had reasonably lean chests when compared to mine. It seems clear to me that the male physique should not carry excessive amounts of bodyfat in the pectoral area and that it should stay relatively lean, yet I do not understand why I have this incredibly unsightly chest and how some guys who look like they are carrying a monster truck tire around their waists have leaner pecs than I do. I hate to whine about this because my life isn't all that bad and there are lots of people with way bigger problems than this in the world, but this really bothers the shit out of me. I just want to have a normal chest. Do any of your bro's or ladies have any gyno pics no matter how mild or minor the case? Do you know of any sure fire traits or characteristics that can help me tell if I really have this or not? What can I do about it? What steps should I make first? I would really appreciate your input. Thank you. ------------------ - Kwai-Chang Caine

I'm no expert, but from the sounds of it, if you really do get super-lean but still have 'tits,' then you probably do have gyno. I believe your only option at this point is surgery.

Genetics can play a role I'm sure .. I know this particular family (they are pacific islanders) where all the brothers have rather fatty pecs. Have you ever had a testosterone analysis? What's your current fat percentage?

Thanks for the reply. Hey JohnnyO! What's with this testosterone test that you're talking about? What's it like? Is it expensive? What might it tell me? ------------------ - Kwai-Chang Caine

Well... certain men are just naturally low in test levels, and perhaps make them prone to gyno... (i think) I don't know how much it is... I tried to get one today and the doc said I didn't need it.. I'm trying to figure out how to get one. |
