I agree completely with cackerot. Just inter-set the bis and tris (1 set close grips, 1 set preachers, back to closegrips, etc. They are such small muscles that working just one in a workout won't produce a significant hormonal/metabolic response anyway. Regardless of if you are training bis or tris, you are still stressing the elbow joint, and directly stressing the elbow joint hard two days in a row is asking for trouble down the road. I don't know about your chemical status, but regardless, it is probably best not to train more than two consecutive days in a row (some guys can get away with three days in a row, but I know I make better gains keeping it to two). I have seen to many guys get suckered into this 1 muscle a day stuff. The whole concept usually shortchanges legs, since they really are two/three groups (quads, hamstrings, low back). Each of these leg groups by itself is larger than your combined arm musculature (tris/bis/forearms), but these splits seem to ignore that fact and very disproportunately distribute the training load.

my triceps are a lacking BP for me and i want to have 100% focus per each goup..the thing is that each sessions is like 45 min so it is quick and intense training...i also dont have time to do bis in 1 day and i am just trying this out.. peace ------------------
