Quick question: You both weigh around 250-60 or so at 6' right? Wondering if you ever come off gear at all, or do you always bridge between cycles. Interested in whether your bodies can maintain that type of mass without gear. And how many calories do you eat in a day?

Alright, got another misc. question for you. I can't get on EZboard for some reason, so I can't log onto Rotten's board, but I saw you recommend taking 100gms of Glutamine and Creatine/day for 1 week. What kind of results could you expect with that? Also...wouldn't that be a bit detrimental to your kidneys? Sounds like a cool idea though.

Frack, I come off generally. I'm 269 right now but I want to get a little lighter. Maybe down to like 255 or 250. You can maintain the gains without gear. When you are on, you get the most incredible pumps - it's outrageous. When you are off, you really have to find additional intensity to achieve a pump even remotely close to that. Some peopeget frustrated because when they are on it seemed so much easier, and they lose their intensity. Also, diet is always the key. When I go on, I aim for no upper caloric limit with my diet. Theoretically I try to get 7,000 calories but I usually end up with between 5500 and 6000. Also when I am on, I aim for 500g protein daily. This causes me to fart and shit as if it were my job. I look to gain while I am on, and cut while I am off. |
