Havoc im 6'0 250 at about 10-12% BF right now(winter weight).I've been this same size on & off for about the last 2 years now,Im 28.I've been training ever since I was 15 for wrestling & rugby all through college.So I've had alot of time & incentive. I dont know about you havoc but alot of mofos were talking shit & pretty much Still your 5'10 at 245 with 7% BF!Thats awesome bro!keep it up & dont listen to ------------------ BROS BEFORE HO'S | ||
