hey J-O, are you at a call center??? I am, for a VERY large bank, investment, insurance, everything under the "blue (red)umbrela". Im not phone jockey, Im here for systems. Anyway, I walked the floor earlier, ya know, just ta check out the honies, and they are get'n slamed. No probs on my end so far today, so I think Im get outta here kinda early. | ||

of course I'm doing router and network support over the phone.. the center is open 24 hours a day all year. I volunteered to work today since Gabby had to work since the market it open. We have one girl out of maybe 200 guys that works this floor. | ||

ahhh... ok, I guess youd be like part of out "help desk". they try to fix problems over the phone 1st, then if they cant or its something someone has to handle in person then its sent to one of many different depts, one of which is mine. anyway... | ||
