CHIP! most of them come tuned down from the factory for fleet emission purposes... my dad had a 90-91(?) 300 ZX twin turbo with an add on chip that boosted the HP 20-25%... | ||

yea the cheapest options are chips, kn filters, exhaust, new ignition, possible turbo or s-charger |
