I screwed up my shoulders, left looks like surgery, second time I have screwed this up and it is not good. Grating, snapping noises all in all it is very painful at times. Please let me know how long it can take to recover from this kind of surgery, ie rotor

Probably about three months before you can get back in the gym and start rehabilitation, and up to a year before you will feel confident and 100%

I've seperated my shoulder a couple of times and was out about 3-4 weeks. I have had a few freinds have rotator cuff problems while they were playing baseball. One did'nt have to have surgery and was better after about 6 weeks of rehab. Another had to have surgery and was out about 4 months, he never fully regained his arm strength. Injuries to the subscapularis and teres minor, or the lower two of the 4 muscles tend to take a little longer to heal and rehab due to the depth of the muscle. Did you tear your rotator cuff?

i have had surgery on my shoulder and still have "grating", snapping noises. Think about surgery, you will never be the same again! ------------------
