Yesterday at work I asked to go to the bathroom, I puked all over the floor in the stall. She let me off early so I had to wait for my mom to pick me up (haha). When I got home I puked again and now its after 3 a.m...just got done with my third puke. And I crapped my pants last nite too haha. This sucks so bad, sorry for getting into the details. It was supposed to be chest and arm but I'll have to fit them in on leg day. This sucks, I hate that mushy feeling in your muscles.     | ||

hahahaha lmfao! shit that was funny. get alot of rest and drink hella water, this helps alot. and if your appetite suppreses, it probably will if you really sick, just make sure to get your fair share of glutamine in you. i was deathly sick with the flu, couldnt eat anything, but i managed to get about 50g of glutamine a day with some water, after i was healthy again, i was ripped to the bone; ofcourse i felt better i ate everything in site and returned to normal  | ||

Yeah actually it could be food poisoning. Do u know anyone else that ate the same lunch as u and got sick? I had food poisoning once from Boston Market...and I puked for 3 days. Well, i hope all that shit is out of ur system soon bro peace | ||

Garza at my school they try to pass that shit off. I've actually come up w/ a theory of how the chicken is used... Starts at chicken club, then whatever isn't sold they cut up and resell as chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets that are not used have a thumb punched threw hem creating 'chicken rings'. The inside of the unused chicken nuggets are then used as "pop corn chicken". Am I full of shit? Probably, but its fun to tell some kids that and watch their faces when they think its true. ------------------ | ||

Did you have stomach pains/tightness before getting sick? Is/was there any signs of blood in your stool (shit). Could be a couple of different food poisonings. Especially since both fish and chicken were eaten. Ex. Vibrio or Campylobacter gastoenteritis, salmonella, Shigellosis, Staph, and various strains of E. coli (aka "travelers diarrhea"). | ||
