This may not sound like much of a big deal to you all but it is very much so for me...I'm currently on probation, and I have been really down and depressed about some things with my now ex...I was stupid about some things with her...I broke up with her...planning on getting her back...and well I have just been dilerious lately...and last night why...I don't know, but I walked from my job into the electonics section in walmart...picked up 2 cds...came back...opened them up, took out the cd's...and put them in my case...I got charged with Retail Theft...it's just a misdemeanor....I know a violation of probation which this is my first, means 5 Days...I normaly wouldnt' be afraid....but this time I am...I Mean I don't know what could happen...and I'm really afraid of what's going to happen, I have such a weird feeling about this...I really can't even remember doing it now...So many people are shocked I did this...My family...my ex...I've got one friend sticking it in with me...but really guys...what can I expect from this? What i'm on probation for already is a felony...burglary...so guys I need some words...I know this isn't related to the sport we love...but I need some help.....(Thank God I have yet to start a cycle though...alright peace guys...later..)     | ||

All I can say is goodluck bro! I had many homeboys back were I grew up do similiar shit. Not because they were depressed, but because they didn't give a f#ck! Some learned from their mistakes the others I'm assuming are in jail. READ BETWEEN THE LINES!!! ------------------ | ||

Huge---Your in some serious shit, I was on probation for 2 years from a class B mistomeaner, and I didn't even leave the house because I feared I would violate it with an MIP or something like that. I can't believe you would try to shoplift while already on FELONY PROBATION??? Probation is a gift. It is given to you instead of incarceration, the whole point of it is to see if you are fit for society, and obviously you are not. I can understand something like an MIP because those happen all the time, but shoplifting is a crime of moral turpitude, in other words, telling the difference between right and wrong. I had a friend who got caught with weed, got a year probation, then got caught with X while on probation. His probation was revoked, he got 30 days in Harris County Jail, and is currently serving 6 months of correctional bootcamp. He gets out in March, he will spend X-mas incarcerated, I can't imagine what that does to his family. you are in a different boat because you were on Probation for a felony, bro, don't be surprised if you get some serious jail time. The judge is going to eat you alive and sentence you to the maximum punishment for the burglary, sorry about your situation, but you brought it on yourself, later. ------------------ | ||
