I am trying this stuff for the first time and I'm on my second day of loading and I actually have to plan ahead to make sure there's a toilet where I'm going to be. This shit is ripping my stomach apart, oh and once I get used to this I have bloating to look forward to. Can anyone tell me how long the nausea and frequent stops to drop the kids off at the pool will last? Also, what results did you get from it? ------------------ | ||

works for me bro, I dont load anymore, I dont think its neccessary. but yea, youl be spending some time on the pot. I used to get a big pump from it and sweel up with water in the muscles, helped me recover faster and get that extra rep or two in. I dont take it like I used to cuz it doesnt have the effect on me it used to. I just take 30 min before work outs now. seems to help, at least I like to think it does. | ||

You guys must have some problems. I have used Creatine, 20g per day for a week then 5 after. I have never had any side effects. If anything I get harder stool. Make sure it is a quality product. And yeah try that new liquid. | ||

i don't think i'm taking too much. for loading i'm doing 10mg in the morning and then 10mg after lifting...once i'm in maintenance mode i'll do 5mg after lifting and 5mg in the morning on off days. ------------------ | ||

You should try breaking all of your doses down to 5 grm. servings; just increase the frequency of ingestion. See if that helps. | ||

hey bro, i had that same problem when i first started creatine, the solution, tons and tons of H2O, i dont know why this happens but, it feels like when you have stomach burn or some shit like that right? but then again if you do drink hella water, i dont know what it could be. | ||

well it's day 3 and my stomach isn't too bad anymore. it was mainly that first day where i spent about 2 hours total glued to the pot. on the brighter side i am up 3lbs since i started using it. i am a water retaining muthafucka, muthafucka. ------------------ | ||

The problem is that you have undissolved creatine crystals that you are chugging down. Inside, these crystals draw water into the gut, which produces the explosive results. Warm whatever you are using(water, juice, etc.) and I guarantee you will not have anymore stomach problems. ------------------ The moral? when I used it I started getting blood in my stinky I also got small blemishes on my skin but when I stopped taking it I was fine. |
