His hearing was today and he got exactly what he wanted with his son. Thank God, his wife at the last minute decided to be mature about the whole thing, so he will have his son, every Sunday, every other full weekend, and one day a week. He will also get to keep him overnight as well on the days he has him. And they agreed to share all the holidays, and even agreed on both of them spending the Birthdays with him together. This way his son won't be so confused about everything growing up. My bf is quite happy with what the judge ordered.
