Whoever wins this election does not face an easy 4 year term. He will not be recognized as a legit Prez. I truly believe that civil unrest will result from the fallout and begin to tear what little moral fiber this country has left. By bowing out gracefully, the loser may become the winner in the next election. Anybody agree or disagree? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

If Gore wins, then a Rep candidate will take the WH in 2004 no doubt, the next 18 months economic forecast looks like kha-kha in the post dot-com feeding frenzy! If Bush wins then the Reps will take the fall for any recessions. True or not, people don't look at cause and effect over any cyclical range, they look at here and now! So my prediction is Hillary in 2004 for the Dems ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

CM, I see wherre you are going, but a lot can happen in 4 years - economically, militarily, etc. I tend to believe civil unrest is a possibility. Except it might not be so civil. Wodin, Hillary carried NY but NY is the 3rd World (population-wise) compared to most of the country. And she is too disliked. If you think Bush raised enormous amounts of cash now, you're looking at BILLIONS if she is the 2004 opponent. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
