I just started back up Last week. But when I did train calves ( that picture is from last week before I started back up. Been off for 4 months.) I do Legs, Back, Bi's M/W/F Chest/ Tri's / Delts / Lower back T/T/S Sunday off. I might hit something if it feels weak. I train calves with my leg day, I bought a Calf Press. The sit down type. Here I will get a pic..
I always use my toes on platform, and try to touch floor with heels, and at top I push as hard as I can, My calves burn when I am done. I find Calves reguire higher reps. [This message has been edited by KooL-AiD (edited November 15, 2000).] ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

They have gotten smaller as I have not done shit for 4 months. And even then I was only playing with weights. The last serious training regimen I had was Jan 99 - June 99. After that I was moving, and shit. No I bought a House, have 2 rooms for my weights. I am Hitting it hard now. Also I have been unemployed since Aug 1st. I was Laid off. I used to be a Robotic Programer for Welding. So since Aug 1st. I have not done much other than watch my arms shrink, due to computer over usage. I have built/repair/sell computers for 12 years, but I only sell to friends, or family. As I am not into the hassle with Newbies. (How do I turn this on) So I just finished AZ School, in London. But I still have to do Road Test. I did this so I would have my Liscence. Not neccessarily wanting to drive Rig. But I have until April 2001. Before I have to get a job. I would like to Work Out Hard for 6 Months. Do a some stuff, hehe. And see about competition. Kat - The rest of my body is in shambles. I will post a pic when I start to see a bit of improvement. Don't worry I will post before & After.. Current stats 5'9" 176lbs , 15% BF. Chest 44" , Waist 29" , Arms 15" , Calves 15.5" . ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
